Keith knows his business in-depth. He is one of the best communicators I have ever worked with. He has the unique ability to be very detailed yet constantly keep the whole picture in front of him.

Hi. I’m Keith. Welcome.

Hi. I'm Keith. Welcome.

I thought I should probably do an initial post to introduce myself, but I’m guessing that if you have found this blog, you probably know me or have heard of me before. I’m Keith Speers. Nice to meet you.

First, I should tell you I’m not a blogger or writer. That being said, you’re reading my blog, and I am in the process of writing a book. I guess what I should say is that I don’t think of myself – when I think of words to describe me – as either a blogger or writer. I love great conversation though, and if you give me a hot topic, I will debate it with you for hours. What you will see on this blog are ideas that pop into my head as I drink my coffee and ponder how to help people visualize and live the life they desire.

Secondly, I love words. I love the way they go together to create meaning, so mostly, that’s what I will be doing here on Caffeinated Streams – trying to create meaning. You may not always agree. Say so. It’s the conversation, the dialogue that will expand our thoughts, challenge our assumptions and help us strengthen our convictions.

Lastly, I think all great and sustainable change begins as a small ripple and grows. Synergy is an important factor though. If the water didn’t respond when you dropped a pebble in, there would be no ripple. Similarly, an idea out here in this blog does nothing if you don’t react to it and give it movement. I hope to contribute a few pieces of wisdom here (and you should too) that will create moments that cause ripples and help us all learn more, do better, and be better people. Whether it’s an original piece, a reference to someone else’s work with a thought-provoking question or an image that creates an idea, it’s welcome here.

With that being said, let’s get started –
